I came across By-Miles by luck. I had a terrible time trying to find a new insurance company because my father was the main driver but he passed away so my previous insurance company told me that I can not be named as a main driver and they just ceased my insurance. I was panicking looking for a new insurance company and also trying to mourn my dad at the same time. No one wanted to insure me below £500 but then I went on By-Miles and read what they were offering so I did a quote and they offered me more than a good quote. They assured me time and again that I am fully insured and there is no need to worry. I have never looked back since I joined By-Miles. I have had a good few online chats with with and every single they have responded within 3 minutes of me contacting them and the customer service is outstanding. I couldn't have landed a bettor company than By-Miles and I will be staying with them for a long time. It's not just an insurance company.
