Great value

I took out By Miles about 16 months ago, as I don't do many miles per month and loved the idea of paying less because of this. The first year did not disappoint, with my average monthly charge being about £3. I expected to see a big increase in the one of initial payment on renewal, as is the case with most other insurers. Actually, my one off payment was £25 cheaper than the year before, and the per mile charge has also decreased! I therefore renewed my policy without hesitation. This is the first year in 20 years of owning a car that I've stuck with the same insurer 2 years in a row. I can't comment on customer service as I haven't needed to contact them, however they seem very communicative via email. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
