A great service to fit my age group.

Service is the word! ByMiles customer service is excellent, lovely people to talk to & easy site to understand on line. The way I pay is good for me as it is the fairest system depending on how you use your car. Reviewed on: 9th August 2022

A service to fit my age group.

My experience with ByMiles was unbelievably easy & my contact with the customer service first rate. I am by no means tech savvy but the help I received was patient & first class in getting started. I live near a city & walk to most places I need to go to but still need my car for heavy shopping & other outings further afield. I am on two low pensions so the payments for using the miles I drive are perfect & fair. I had a difficult experience with another insurer last year & ended paying far more than was necessary for me. I have told my friendship group, as we are all of the same age. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
