innovative, revolutionary, modern friendly company!

my experience so far comes with positives and negatives which means I can give a well rounded review. By Miles all in all are an excellent company. I feel the idea of going by the mileage is smart and the way forward as it really does mean they’re meeting every customers needs in terms of cost efficiency & how they use their vehicle. When I signed up it was really simple and effortless, the app is excellent and someone is on hand to help straight away. Generally the people I’ve spoken too as well are so polite and nice. The only issue I have had, I was in a car accident a few weeks ago and I spoke to a couple of people who gave me misinformation and didn’t handle the situation great which caused me some more stress considering I’d just been in an accident. however I feel this is just a learning tweak for them and the lady who resolved my problem was sooo kind and helpful or offset the bad experience I had. I would definitely recommend and hope they take the feedback on board further to make them 10/10! As they are virtually there! Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
