Can not fault them

Usrd for the last 2year. Was going to change provider but customer service rang me and offered me a better deal than any other provider. The customer service is by far the best ive ever cone across thats including any customer service not just insursnce providers Reviewed on: 9th August 2022

Can not fault this insurance company 1 bit so far

Nothing but great experience. Ive never done a lot of miles and because i had a 10mph bump reversing the previous year. Baring in mind the person had no headlights on driving out of a pub, i was to blame and got slapped with 2500+ damage to there vehicle. Therefore invitebly insurance companies rubbed there hands together to swindle extra doe out of me. But not just pounds, was over 1000 renewal. Sod that for price of fish. Went to bymiles and got a quote which was a tad high than what i wanted pay but with me not driving much anyway its actually working out cheaper monthly payments than what my last insurers where charging previously b4 my bump. Bonus money in my pocket, so on that note can not fault them in the slighest so far Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
