Terrible communication

After a non fault accident having my car written off , 2&1/2 months later I’m having to email or call time after time to have my claim paid out so I can replace my car. Why has this been so complicated? I did everything to the book and your company has brought nothing but hassle for me and have communicated with me or settled my claim.
