Savings review

Helpful and efficient service of the SBS staff experience at Edinburgh and Galshiels, and also when phoning. The loyalty scheme for savers recognising their support for SB. Probably a non- starter but gibven the continued branch closures by other banks and BS , perhaps and opportunity for SBS to fill the void and icrease its Scottish profile and presence Reviewed on: 26th July 2021
