Great customer service

I ended up having a bike stolen and the staff were incredibly considerate and supportive. The claim was resolved in a timely manner which really helped when sorting a new bike for my morning commute! Reviewed on: 20th September 2017

Good Service

Overall cycle plan maintained a good level of customer service. If I was to recommend an improvement I would suggest they contact the client more as it seemed like I needed to chase more often than them contacting me - however whenever I did get in contact the employees were incredibly helpful Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017
