Online loan company with poor online systems

I've used quite a few online portals for banking etc in my time but Ratesetter's has got to be one of the worst. There's no way to amend a submission, bank authorisation processes don't work properly and the whole thing is much more stressful than it needs to be. Either have an online facility and set it up properly or don't bother. Having a messed up system doesn't help anyone. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2021
