Brilliant Service

Called to amend my car insurance policy as I bought a new car, my policy still had 6 weeks to run. The customer service representative researched all their providers and were able to reduce the cost of my insurance for the following year by almost £100 and gave me a refund for the remainder of my current policy. I also got my premium agreed at the new rate for 3 years. Absolutely brilliant service and lovely helpful staff. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2021
