Everything you need to travel

Very good customer service and always very polite and helpful. It’s the 4th or 5th year that we have been using Goodtogo as a family or single traveler. The customer service team are great to actually speak to or it’s very easy to use and navigate their Website. My son has multiple health conditions and this didn’t phase Goodtogo at all, I thought that I would have to pay a fortune for my son’s Worldwide Annual Platinum package, to keep him safe travelling alone and now all areas covered and as he decides to travel on a whim , I don’t have to worry as it’s all taken care of, and now Covid cover is included, we are even more confident. We are also kept up to date with information via text or emails to look at, at our leisure, whether we travel once or many times a year, but the information is always there and updating. There is no intrusion and customer service and information is just the correct balance. Reviewed on: 7th September 2021
