Excellent in a crisis

Our family has been using Goodtogoinsurance since 2014. The website is very easy to use and the price is reasonable. A few years while travelling in Hong Kong, my elderly mum (at the time, 85 years old) had a fall in her hotel and had to spend some time in hospital, and then rest at the hotel for about four weeks before she was able to travel back to the UK. During this time, the insurers dealt with the matter very professionally and thoroughly. They arranged for a nurse to provide round-the-clock care for my mother at the hotel and to accompany her back on her flight to the UK, in business class, as my mum was unable to sit upright. It was a great comfort and reduced the stress, that the insurers made all the arrangements and covered all the expenses. Since then we have used them every time we travel.
