ISA Account opening

I have just applied to open an ISA and the process was straight forward. However, I feel the Form which needs to be completed to fund my account from another provider is not in my opinion user friendly. Rather than completing an extensive Form, I feel it would be a better customer service experience, if as part of the application process, there were far fewer fields for populate. Most other financial service providers, only request a sort code, account number, name of provider where the funds are to be requested from and whether this is to be released immediately or the end of a notice period/upon maturity. Misleading information supplied within covering letters

Although I have been more than happy with all conversations to date with members of the savings team, I do feel the letters sent out (I have experienced this on two separate occasions) sometimes come across to be extremely misleading and rather than being factual, they information supplied is fictitious. One example is when they ask for a review to be submitted on their website, they ask the member to click on the 'How did we do?' section at the top of the page, but there is no such section and this is not the best way to demonstrate efficient customer service.
