Disappointing

Policy was purchased from OneCall and payments made to them but when we wanted to make a claim we were told we had to contact a different company, which proved difficult and very inconvenient. Also the emergency repair cover wasn’t worth having as the job (a few lifted roof tiles) was ‘too big’ Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
