Good value doesn't have to mean poor customer support!

I'l be honest, I would say the true test of insurance companies is when you have to make a claim, and as yet thankfully I haven't! What I will say though is that as well as having the best value policies I've come across in recent times, they've also been fantastic for me in other ways. I've had to contact them for two anomalies with my account/policies (neither were faults on their part) and each time they have fully understood my issue and sorted them in double quick time, which surprised me if I'm honest. I will say so far so good, hence 4 stars and 9 stars - nothing wrong but having not claimed, I don't feel I can give full stars across the board just yet. Still, highly recommended on what I've experience so far. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
