Excellent service and very helpful staff

Wanted to change my two policies as there was a death in the family. Spoke to Joseph G on a chat line and he was extra great. I had a few queries regarding the two policies but Joseph G explained everything to me (and I am sure I must have driven him to distraction) but we got there in the end.
