Poor communication / Rude Advisors that lack empathy and interest

Appears to have good services from the outside but not a smooth pocesses chasing up claims. Tried to put in a claim for my stolen bike, read the t's and c;s beforehand to make sure it was valid and it was. Misunderstood the wording that the claim had to be made within 30 days and thought they meant it could only be made after 30 days. Had my crime number a day after the incident so obviously would have corresponded that I wwould have made a claim within th 30 days. I called only a day or two after. Explained my position and was made out to sound like i'm lying. Was promised a call back from a senior to look into it to see if the claim could still be honored but never recieved anything not even an email to acknowledge my claim and its status. I even asked whther I should call in to chas it up and wa told not I would receive a call back but never did. After already feealing sour for having my bike stolen, the police beng no help, and depressed about how much money was lost I physically couldn't bare having to waste extra emotional effort having to chase down Cycle plan to get an Issues sorted that I was supposed to be paying them to at least look into. The only thing Id say which was good is the pricing for the plans and the websie looks nice but my customer service experience has been horrible. Reviewed on: 6th September 2017
