worst customer service.

Had a problem with water leaking from header tank, the agent I spoke to was the most useless person I have ever had to deal with. Have paid for top cover on household emergency cover, all I got was, is the water leaking into the house. Had to turn the water off into the house, if not the ceiling etc would have come down. Had to pay a plumber to fit a new ball valve. Lady rang after a few days apologized for his manner and left me on line for approx.20 mins, no answer, put the phone down. In all the time of having made claims etc. This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, avoid at all cost. Reviewed on: 9th October 2021
