Appealing customer service

I have my house Inaurance with One Call. I haven’t made a claim on my house insurance for many years but needed to recently. When I spoke to the agent, I was made to feel like a criminal as he obviously didn’t believe it was a genuine claim (we’d had a mobile phone stolen). As a retired police officer, I did not appreciate his attitude. Needless to say, I won’t be renewing with them and if I’d read the reviews first, I wouldn’t have chosen them but unfortunately only read them after my bad experience with them.
