Review of the One Call Insurance, Home Insurance Broker:

I had no doubts about One Call, but since this pandemic I am not so sure

My experience of getting in contact with One Call over the past couple of months has been horrendous, I am not on the internet, so my friend has been my PA, I would have loved to do it all myself and talk to someone, that was one of the reason I choose One Call because of the excellent customer service, please try and get back to telephone helplines, instead of using the computer all the time, there will be more people like me, and should stay the way it is, I am afraid I| may have to switch Reviewed on: 9th October 2021
