A first time for everything

As someone who always undertakes price comparisons at renewal time my loyalty is hard to gain. Nothing makes me want to change companies more than a renewal quote that is both higher than the previous year and than one available for new customers. For the first time ever One Call provided a quote that was lower than both. I was so shocked and surprised that I thought it was a mistake. I checked and rechecked and unbelievably it was true.
