Review of the One Call Insurance, Home Insurance Broker:

It's alright.

There is no phone number to call, you need to chat online if you want to get hold of customer service: not ideal. And at the end of the day it is an insurance company, which means that the day you need to make a claim you realise that there is something in small font on the contract that says that your excess is far higher than you initially thought. This was my experience. My claim was processed but I had to pay £1000 in excess (when the figure most obvious in the documents is £300). Reviewed on: 10th October 2021
