Very helpful service

I've been using One Call for some years now. It saves the dreaded shopping around each year. When my husband was terminally ill and I was advised to ensure we had cover for the medical equipment in our home I made one phone call. Customer service liaised with the insurance company and reassured me that cover was in place. Very reassuring at a time when I did not need any problems! Reviewed on: 30th August 2023

They've always been helpful

I've used One Call for around ten years. Seven years ago I was looking after my husband who was terminally ill. He needed to be on oxygen and I phoned to see if we were insured to have it in the house. They contacted the insurers and were able to reassure me that we were covered.
