Pete from Perton

I can’t thank Pete from Perton enough, he has sorted out a problem I had involving money coming in from another bank which went missing due to the other bank making a mistake. After a couple of weeks contacting the other bank I got nowhere, I phoned Pete up who works for the Perton branch and within a day and a half he had got to the root of the problem and found my money (something the other bank couldn’t seem to do or care about) . I can’t thank him enough, he deserves to be recognised for going above and beyond expectations. This building society employs staff that are so helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend them. Reviewed on: 26th November 2021
