Dudley branch review

My initial visit to Dudley BS was not a positive experience. I had travelled to branch to open a savings account for me son and was met with an extremely rude and unhelpful member of staff. It was clear this person did not want to help me open the account that day due to it being Friday afternoon. I was handed a form and told it would take too long to complete ao so should take it home. That journey to the BS on 19th November was a 1 hour 10 minute trip with a 2 year old and being 5 months pregnant. It is only because of the current interest rates you are offering why I returned. Fortunately, my visit on 1st December was met with a very friendly, helpful member of staff (Jackie) who restored my hope in the brand, Reviewed on: 15th December 2021
