I have been contacted by Chase customer services when they were concerned about a payment I was making, which is reassuring. I also contacted them concerning payments I made to another bank. The recipient UK bank were unable to help me, having tried to contact their customer services, which was chaotic. Chase responded instantly and their representative was so kind, helpful and patient, advising me on what to do. I’ve also had online chats and again they respond very well. I have needed to contact customer services on a few occasions, both over the telephone and via messaging. On all occasions, I’ve received prompt and helpful responses. I also enjoy receiving my cash-back on spending, seeing that pot grow! Reviewed on: 13th April 2024
