Avoid. There are better banks out there.

Monzo was great until someone made an unauthorized purchase using my wife's card through Trainline. It was a nightmare trying to get it resolved with Monzo, who were then happy to side with Trainline, despite the horrible feedback they've received due to their shady business practices and awful customer support. I would advise people looking for a mobile bank to look elsewhere. There are better app/banks/platforms out there that wont completely screw you when life happens. Don't risk going with Monzo.
