Outstanding experience

I’ve been a customer of Zopa I think twice now, maybe 3 times and have never had a bad experience with them. I currently have a personal loan with them which ends next year… so can’t wait as we all can’t when paying off debt!! That aside, the whole experience of applying and receiving funds has been so straight forward and quick. Statement’s received regularly so you know where you are, the website is very user friendly a child could navigate around the site. If you want to top up and pay more than your monthly payment you can like a breeze. Never had any issues and never have had to call as everything you need is at your finger tips!!
