Excellent service from an ethical bank

Banking with Triodos has been a very positive experience. They provide an excellent service and keep their customers informed about how their money is being invested ethically for good causes. On-line banking is straightforward and efficient and they offer advice on how to avoid new scams. Unlike some banks they do not use high-pressure selling techniques to try to persuade you to invest in schemes that are not in your best interest. Reviewed on: 6th April 2025

Excellent customer service from a modern ethical bank.

I have been very impressed with Triodos Bank. Their transparency and insistence on making ethical investments to drive positive change accords with my values. My experience of banking with them, unlike all the other banks I have used in the past, has been entirely positive. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2022
