Ethical, personal, proud of its customers

Ethical - I like that my bank doesn't just do ethics "at the edges" to look good but is fundamentally committed to, and about, creating a better society Personal - I am able to get through and talk to a real person easily to sort any problems, and they do sort them. Proud of its customers - I like that my bank showcases the excellent work done by its customers as well. It's not just about what they do, but understanding the good that we are all trying to do.
