Triodos for the win

The ethos of Triodos are what made me choose them above alm others. The products and services are good and the customer service is excellent. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful and any enquiries/changes to the account are done quickly and efficiently Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

The best choice of bank

I wanted my money to be managed by a bank that prioritises ethics, fairness and the environment over profit and did not invest my money into anything that I do not believe in or would not choose to support. After researching the different options I chose Triodos and I have been very happy with this choice over the past few months. Their customer services are polite, friendly and helpful they are fully transparent in in their banking practices and invest in many conservation and community projects that are positive and which I fully support. If you want to make a positive change in the way that you bank and know that your money isn't being invested in environmentally damaging or unethical practices then I wholeheartedly recommend making the change to bank with Triodos.
