Review of the Monzo, Current account:

Great UX, simple and to the point

We have been using Monzo for years. We originally just used them for a fee-free holiday but since then we have cancelled our other accounts using their switch service and fully moved to Monzo for banking. We have both a joint account and private. During covid we lost out on a holiday worth £2k that the funds were sent to an old account which is closed. Monzo we’re fast to respond and because we had used their switch service, it auto-bounced to our account! Completely faff free. The use of ‘Pots’ is perfect for money management. We currently set direct debits up to certain pots and have roundups activated to pool our change into a savers. I’d recommend everybody to switch to Monzo - perfect everyday banking service.
