Most advanced product and service

The monzo experience is light years ahead of its competitors. The app provides unparalleled insights into spending habits, segregation of repeat/one off large expenditures/flawless integration of other accounts into analysis to name but a few useful features. Monzos service beyond the app is also so much quicker, easy to talk to a real person and replacement cards arrive quickly. When competitors are advertising new features on TV that Monzo has been providing for years (e.g. freezing card spending) then you know you're with the most innovative bank.
