Easy, trustworthy and transparent.

Using the Zopa app has been very easy, it's clearly laid out and simplistic - still managing to cover everything important and supplying an efficient service. The reminders never feel intrusive and seem friendly, which puts you at ease if by chance you've missed a payment! When being offered a limit increase, it did not feel forceful and the option to not accept was visible and clear. This made me feel like they are a more trustworthy than other creditors I have used in the past. Go zopa! Reviewed on: 26th January 2022
