Easiest customer service experience I have ever had

I have used Zopa for just over a year now, it has been the most easiest company to deal with, the customer service interaction is outstanding and I believe if other companies were as good then the whole business attitude would change. From professional experienced and mostly cheerful staff to the communication with customers on updates or offers is outstanding. The easy to use app and the service they provide is why they should win an award. Reviewed on: 26th January 2022
