A learning curve

Zopa are quite good compared to some of their peers but still a lot to learn yet especially with customer service and treating customers more personally. They need to remember that everyone has different situations and lives. Also they need to notify customers of reaching their credit limit. They often let your card go into an overdraft and not notify you. I’ve repeatedly reported things to Zopa but they don’t seem to pay any attention to customer feedback Reviewed on: 26th January 2022
