Zopa-the listening bank

If you are looking for a bank that ACTUALLY listens to its customs, then Zopa is the bank for you. They are very easy to deal with, easy to contact and makes. They go out of the way to help, even if your credit rating is not great. I would'nt say this about banks since the debackle over the banking scandal but I m proud to be their customer.
