Simplicity in a complicated world

I can honestly say that I’ve never been happier with Zopa Bank. They have the easiest, simplistic yet informative approach I’ve ever experienced. From the signing up process to card activation, even now with their push notifications and app that’s fool proof, the whole journey so far has been amazing and I have no faults to pick out. Being able to call or have a live chat within seconds on the app is great for the modern world and climate we are currently in. I wish other companies, not just in the banking world could make processes, information and use of their products as smooth and appealing as this! Reviewed on: 26th January 2022
