Fantastic

For me, the fact that once I make a payment into my Zopa account, the balance reflects immediately....That's golden. Also, on the occasions where I've had to call to get an issue resolved, the service I got was very very good. The agent paid attention to my complaint and took time to explain and then helped to resolved it.
