Easy-to-use. Great Customer Service

I have been with them for the last year. I've requested them to transfer my ISAs from other providers to them and they followed up with me each step they took. They completed the transfer in lightning speed - just 2 weeks compared to AJ Bells which took 6 months! FreeTrade also replied to my messages very quickly - usually within a few hours.
