Best cost effective platform

Since joining I have been impressed that they appear to listen to their customers which I rare with other financial institutions The features have improved and they continue to implement change I was concerned about lack of phone support however their online responses proved effective so much so that I transferred my SIPP in addition to my ISA. One of the issues that availability of certain stocks but this is continually improving. I am glad they are not sat on their laurels but want to improve the customer experience Reviewed on: 31st January 2023
