Amazing stock selection and customer service

I trade on various platforms, but freetrade is becoming one of my favourites. The reason is that it offers a wide stock selection second to none, even some of the more established, recognised platforms in this space. Also it’s an easy to use , friendly platform for less experienced traders, like my family, including my 81yr old mum!! The customer service, especially the alerts is timely, helpful but not intrusive. And it seems to be getting better, with new features being added. I’m thinking of taking out their SIPP, and the 3% interest rate on their plus account is great! Also I’ve not had any platform issues, such as bugs or crashes.. So what’s not to like?… I’ll continue recommending the platform, and get a odd free share for doing so. Thanks Freetrade, I’ll be staying for a while…. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2022
