Account runs pretty well, needs a few tweaks

I’ll be honest, the previous system was fine. Since the change, I have been unable to transfer money to family and friends. Customer service have put this down to an error they are rectifying… it’s been at least 2 months since that and no change as of yet. Reviewed on: 4th February 2022
