Excellent customer service

Ive had the experience of talking to several people on the suits me team for various reasons, lost card (several times), blocked pin and as well as needing more information on their services. I have always been put through to polite and efficient staff that 9 out of 10 times are able to resolve my query within minutes. I would reccomend this card to anyone who has had little history in the UK and has no proof of address as the process is quick and easy. Reviewed on: 4th February 2022
