Great experience all round

The app is super easy to use, lots of consideration about the user experience. Because of this, it puts me at ease using the platform compared to their competitors. There's no jargon and I feel I can really take control of my finances. The customer has been great also. The customer service team have been really helpful and proactive about supporting my moving my SIPP to Freetrade. The content they produce is great too. It's very accessible, easy to understand and the tone is like I'm talking to a friend. It's not patronising or "out of touch". Typically, other places would publish something that is rather dry or a little "hello, fellow kids". Also the range of topics covered keeps it interesting.
