Best bank out there, period.

Compared to everything else I've used Monzo wins hands-down. Quite obviously compared to legacy banks who may have spruced up their apps, but the nasty underlying legacy systems still poke through all the time. And it's better than other neobanks, too. The UI is great and gives a wonderful, clear overview of what's going on in my financial life, and they really sweat the details with thinks like virtual cards, pots, etc. etc. and then going the extra mile to make these things work together - i.e. tying a virtual card to a pot. There are manifold examples of this kind of great product thinking in the app, and it all works together splendidly. Reviewed on: 15th February 2022
