Monzo

I was recommended Monzo through my family and in turn I've recommended it to others. It has been consistently easy to use: from initial set up, to exploring what Monzo can offer, to supporting savings. I think the design of the app is simple and very user-friendly. Every transaction is in real time (even transactions abroad) leaving you with knowing your exact balance all the time, and customer service (if needed at all) is very responsive.
