Monzo is a revelation in making my banking easy

I’ve been with monzo for two years and am yet to find fault with it. Their customer service is impeccable - fast - and hands down beats First Direct (who I’ve always been impressed by but left to join monzo as I heard so many good things) The app is brilliant. I love the ability to track purchases by type and to easily view all my savings pots for different things. I really hope they win as this award would be well deserved.
