Customer focused

Really user friendly. I love being able to split my money into pots without needing to open up a whole account. I even appreciate the security features which seemed to be designed for customer ease and convenience, rather than making it as hard as possible to access your money. I chose this bank based on the high customer satisfaction and stellar reviews and it's lived up to the hype. I wish I had known about this bank sooner. I've had an experience, with another bank over covid that's quite honestly left a sour taste in my mouth. Compared to them Monzo could run a master class in customer service.
