A very good, very easy bank.

From small errors to kind gestures. Monzo hasn't let me down in the slightest, their support staff are a pleasure to talk and are always friendly. Once had an issue with my account that was swiftly resolved, we had a bit of a chat as they waited for their system to load up and the support agent thanked me and my mum for being a keyworkers at the time by sending me and my mum a lovely bouquet of flowers! I'll never go to another bank as Monzo has time and time again impressed me with their high standards and quality service. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2022
